Stained Glass

COURSE OUTLINE:

Stained glass has been used for centuries to create colourful windows, and can be seen in churches, public buildings and private homes. The copper foiling method was later developed by Tiffany, and used to create his famous lampshades.

You will learn all the basic techniques required to produce a small cylindrical stained glass tea light lantern, using a range of coloured glass and the copper foiling method. Glass painting (non-fired) is an option, if time allows.
